This Privacy Policy explains how Meem Pte Ltd ("Meem", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Meem Class — our website, the class registration and checkout flow, and the consumer portal where you access the classes and series you've purchased.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, and phone number when you register for or purchase a class or series, and the email address you use to sign in.
• Purchase information. The classes, series, or packs you buy, the amount paid, any discount code applied, and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information. Basic information about how you use the site (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate device/browser information), collected via analytics cookies and similar technologies.
• Sign-in information. One-time login codes and a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in.

How we use your information

• To provide your classes — process registrations and purchases, give you access to the portal, and send class links, calendar invites, reminders, and confirmations.
• To send one-time codes so you can sign in securely.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To understand and improve how the service is used.
• To send you launch or marketing emails only where you have asked us to (for example, by joining a waitlist). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to protect against fraud or misuse.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies: an essential cookie that keeps you signed in, and analytics cookies (via Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) that help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling the essential cookie may stop you from staying signed in.

Service providers we share data with

We share personal information only with the categories of service providers that help us run Meem Class, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Payment processing.
• Transactional email, including login codes and confirmations.
• Marketing email lists, only if you subscribed.
• Analytics.
• Hosting, delivery, and security.
• Video conferencing for live online classes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information (see "Your rights" below).

Security

We protect your information using encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any such email). To make a request, contact us at admin@usemeem.com.

Children

Meem Class is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Where we are and international processing

Meem Pte Ltd is based in Singapore, and we handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own; where they do, they are expected to protect it consistently with this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated by email.
